Bob has worked in the IT support sector for 35 years, absorbing all of the technological changes that have occurred in that time, while endeavouring to present a friendly shoulder to lean on when IT troubles strike. His experience over this time with several companies has given him a very broad base of knowledge, from ancient operating systems to the latest networking practices and most things between.

A founding member, and for 17 years Technical Director, of Ambient Computer Services Ltd., Bob made the decision in 2019 to step back from the board-level and return to the coal face as Technical Service Desk Manager, where he is responsible for assigning support tasks to the engineers and making sure that the Service Desk continues to run smoothly.
