Qualified Engineers

Ambient Computer Services deliver a professional and proactive support service with our experienced and qualified IT engineers. We place a large emphasis on training members of staff on the latest technologies in order to improve the service given to our clients. Onsite and Remote Support

We specialise in providing both Mac and PC support to companies, from start-ups through to large SMEs throughout the UK with around 95% of support calls fixed remotely. Although a large portion of our support is provided remotely through proactive monitoring and remote tools, we also provide our clients scheduled routine site visits and onsite support call-outs in the event of critical and high priority support cases.
